Abstract: studys the current situation of coal industry of the rule of law construction in China, analyzes the main problems of coal industry of the rule of law construction. Combined with the new situation of the current energy revolution and coal industry transformation and upgrading, put forward the principle of the rule of law construction of coal industry. Combined with problem facing by the coal industry development under the new normal, promote strategies for the rule of law construction in coal industry.
